Helping you better understand yourself, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change through coaching, learning, and self-awareness.
Be Mindfully Well was created to support people who want something different in their lives but are unsure where to begin. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship concerns, leadership responsibilities, or a desire for greater self-understanding, I provide a space where you can slow down, reflect, and explore new possibilities. Through coaching, workshops, and learning experiences, I help you connect more deeply with your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours so you can make choices that feel authentic and meaningful.
My mission is to help people develop greater awareness of themselves and their relationships so they can respond to life's challenges with clarity, intention, and compassion. I believe that meaningful change begins when we become curious about our experiences rather than judging them. Through coaching and learning opportunities, I support individuals, families, leaders, and teams in creating lives that feel more aligned with their values and aspirations.
I believe that each of us is far more complex than any role, title, or life experience can fully describe. Like many of the people I work with, I have spent time trying to focus on certain parts of myself while overlooking others. Through years of learning, reflection, and personal growth, I have come to appreciate the value of being fully present to what is happening in the moment. As a life coach, my role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you better understand yourself so you can make choices that feel aligned with who you want to be.
My work is influenced by decades of experience in education, leadership development, facilitation, community involvement, and coaching. Extensive training with the Enneagram Institute, EnneaMotions, and the Deep Coaching Institute has strengthened my understanding of human behaviour, relationships, and personal growth.
My professional journey began in education, teaching Kindergarten through Grade 3 in Toronto schools for more than a decade. Over the years, I worked alongside educators, university programs, community organizations, and volunteers in a variety of leadership and facilitation roles. These experiences taught me that meaningful learning often happens through curiosity, conversation, and shared discovery. Today, I bring that same perspective to my work as a life coach in Regina, creating opportunities for reflection, awareness, and growth.
My coaching approach is informed by extensive training with Don Riso and Russ Hudson of the Enneagram Institute, ongoing work with Andrea Isaacs of EnneaMotions, and studies with the Deep Coaching Institute. The Enneagram has provided a powerful framework for understanding the motivations behind behaviour, helping people move beyond automatic patterns and toward greater awareness. As a life coach, I use these insights to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and decisions.
One of the most valuable skills I bring to coaching is the ability to listen deeply. Early in my career, I completed intensive training in active listening through Learning the Language of Healing. Those skills continue to shape how I work today. Whether I am supporting an individual, couple, family, or team, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My work as an emotional intelligence coach is grounded in helping you become more aware of what is happening within yourself while remaining connected to the people around you.
Over the years, I have facilitated workshops, conferences, leadership events, and coaching conversations with people from diverse backgrounds and communities. Technology has allowed me to connect with individuals and organizations across Canada and internationally, making meaningful coaching conversations possible regardless of location. As a life coach in Regina, I work both in person and online, helping people access coaching in ways that fit their lives and schedules.
I enjoy exploring how ideas can be applied in everyday life. Whether through coaching, facilitation, problem-solving, or leadership development, I am interested in helping people turn awareness into action. As an emotional intelligence coach, I help people explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationships so they can respond to life's challenges with greater intention and understanding.
Meaningful change often begins with a simple conversation. If you are curious about coaching, leadership development, the Enneagram, or ways to strengthen self-awareness, I invite you to reach out and connect.
